| Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority Awards Contract to Lochard to Install ANOMS Noise Monitoring System |

Lochard has been awarded a contract to install a noise monitoring and flight tracking system at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The delivery includes the WebTrak Internet flight and noise module, 14 noise monitors and two flight tracking systems. Innovations include an over terrain altitude display. Lochard has begun installation of a new noise and operations monitoring system for Reno Tahoe Airport Authority. Based on expanded ANOMS 8 Internet technology, the system will support the noise program for one of the fastest growing communities in the country. “We are excited to team with Lochard on this project. In addition, as a community partner that shares concerns about aircraft noise, we are very pleased and eager to offer the Reno and Sparks communities the ability to utilize the internet enabled WebTrak product as a part of the system deployment.” stated Mark Cameron “Noise Abatement Coordinator/Project Manager".Installation of the system began at the start of April, with completion expected by the end of 2008.
