Lochard inducted into Manufacturing Hall of Fame

Melbourne, Australia --- Leading airport noise and flight track monitoring systems manufacturer Lochard has been inducted into the Manufacturing Hall of Fame.

At a gala presentation attended by Minister for Manufacturing & Export, the Hon. Tim Holding MP, Lochard was named as one of nine innovative companies selected for inclusion in the premier class of manufacturing excellence.

The Manufacturing Hall of Fame was established in June 2000 to recognise, reward and celebrate the world-class achievements of Australian manufacturers. Inductees must be multi award-winning manufacturers, and be nominated by an industry association as best in class.

"We are enormously proud of our achievements since establishing in 1990," said Lochard CEO, Martin Adams. "Lochard's dedication to unparalleled innovation, quality and customer service is the cornerstone of our success and we are honoured by this industry acknowledgement."

Lochard is the world leader in aviation noise and flight track monitoring, with over 60 per cent of the airport noise monitoring market. The company recently launched a new suite of integrated noise management solutions which have been very well received by the industry, and has secured a string of new contracts across the USA and Asia, including 20 new NoiseOffice™ clients.

"Lochard's NoiseOffice is an end-to-end solution for managing noise monitoring technology and services on behalf of an airport," said Mr Adams.

"It is the culmination of 14 years' diverse experience gained from working with over 130 of the world's leading airports. NoiseOffice is an accelerated path to best practice noise management, using world leading technology, world-class personnel and quality processes. It is the future of noise management, and Lochard is once again leading the industry towards excellence."
