Jaime Locquiao Sacramento, CA --- Jaime Locquiao has joined the Lochard team as Regional Services Manager, bringing over 22 years of aviation experience including 14 years in Military Air Traffic Control Operations and 8 years in Airport Noise Management at Mineta San Jose International Airport. As the Airport Noise Abatement Manager at San Jose, Jaime helped the Airport Department successfully implement and defend their community based Noise Control Program which fosters tenant cooperation and financially penalizes non-compliant aircraft operations. This commitment to resolve environmental issues in the community resulted in the successful passage of the Airport's $1 billion Master Plan Project. “We are proud to announce the addition of Jaime Locquiao as the new manager of our US Service Delivery Team.
